Looks like a Philadelphia jew named Stanley Drukenmiller, who lives in New York City, will get majority control of the Steelers.
No doubt they will be renamed the Jew York Stealers. :D

Art Rooney had a zero tolerance policy for any kind of bullshit. Including gamblers having any access to his players---even though Art Rooney was a gambler, and had been an Irish mobster who had cleaned his money up over the years with a lot of good public relations. :rolleyes: Art was a Republican. :p
It looks like his son Dan wants to keep the team, but the rest of the Rooneys' including Art's sister's family want to sell.
Art was pretty much of an anti-semite, or at least highly Irish :D, and it has to be killing some of his friends to see the team sold to a jewboy.

Dan Rooney might turn to the Italians? That's where Art borrowed the money back in the1930's. ;) But, I doubt it since Tony Grosso died in the federal pen.
The old Anglo-Saxon/Scotch-Irish gamblers, are all just that, old. The Galbraiths', the Conleys' etc. etc. No notable Germanic sportsman anymore in the Pittsburgh area---not like Texas.
